I’ve been a full-time licensed Realtor in Northwest Arkansas since 2020. In that time, I’ve had the opportunity to help over 40 clients buy and sell residential properties, including luxury homes, investment properties, new construction, and first-time home purchases. I also have a passion for staging and preparing homes for the market to ensure they show their absolute best. 

Real estate runs in the family—I'm a second-generation Realtor. My mother, Michelle Poplin, has been in the business for over 25 years, and her mentorship and expertise have been invaluable to me throughout my career. Before becoming a licensed Realtor, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design & Facility Management and worked in the design field until 2020—an experience that adds a creative edge when helping my clients prepare and present their homes. 

In the past five years, I’ve sold over $14 million in residential real estate volume. As a full-time Realtor, I pride myself on delivering exceptional client service, strong communication, and negotiation skills. My attention to detail helps ensure a seamless experience for my clients from beginning to end, including any title and inspection issues that may come up. I strive to be easy to work with, fostering positive and professional relationships with colleagues across all brokerages.
